Very. Especially to include the female ones in Igbo land because after Father's death, you won't get anything as a female

I think females should inherit their mothers properties while males inherit their fathers properties but there should be an exemption if the only child is a female or male.

This will make Nigerian women to strive harder in life and do things for themselves.

You can do the probate without processing the properties. Tell the staff you just want to work the money in the bank. The valuation officers are from probate, they are the only ones who has the right to say the worth of ur property. You can negotiate with them.
