I came accross this picture and I had never seen any Nigeria soldier, army, navy, air force dressed like this. So I was wondering if its Black ops or Special unit, Even the riffle is not the typical army or navy riffle we see everyday. Also they all have riffle and pistol which is not normal for just any military officer. What do you think?
