The Bayelsa State Volunteer Security Outfit ably led by Hon. Lucky Oyinkuro Asanakpo, have arrested a 30yr old Keke repairer who stole a friend’s Keke and later sold it and ran to Calabar for sometime.He was successfully handed over to men of the Nigerian Police, anti-cultism unit.
