Reports from Port Harcourt, Rivers State capital says hoodlums have allegedly hijacked the ongoing bye-election in the state. If I become governor, I will make sure I reduce touting to it's barest minimum in my state. Even if it means killing them in bulk and giving them mass burial secretly. These people has nothing good to add to the state other than violence. |
