A client of mine have been on my neck, mounting pressures on me to look out for a refinery urgently. I have been reluctant on weather to post it here or not because of the ever increasing number of time wasters we have on this platform. I will be clear on this, time wasters please keep off. Thanks for all your replies and suggestions. From my findings, it is obvious that their is no government approved refinery available for sell and that the only option left is erecting a new one which i discussed with a few if you and we did a research on.
