I can only access the internet on it when it's set to 2G(EDGE) and that means the connection is usually very slow. There is an option to for 3G but when I put it on 3G, it stops receiving signal all together.

please, anybody with a solution to this?

My brother it's the weather...and Tecno is not strong enough to compensate for the loss in signal strength. I had the same problem with my Tecno Droidpad 7C PRO.

Just go and buy itel x32 abi na i32. That's what I'm using now and nothing disappears or reappears anywhere on its screen. May thunder fire Tecno all these years I have been using it

I doubt that my case is simply weather. it's been like that for a long time now.
