Even the language used in writing the letter of invitation is vague. I guess the police needs to be more professional and precise, that is the reason they never get any conviction in the court.

That was how EFCC invited the criminal called inorson three times and he intentionally refused to honour the invitations, when EFCC followed up to arrest him he started ranting and crying like a child claiming he was Igbo. There is nothing in the Constitution of Nigeria that says an Igbo (or any other tribe in Nigeria) can not be arrested if he commits a crime.

Read the letter for rescheduling again. The "Invited" did not decline the invite, you have every right to demand to know your accuser, you have a right to re-schedule. If he had committed a crime, he would have been arrested.
