Definitely, you've decided to vent the anger of some of your clients on another client since am damn sure this issue happened once. So how much will I save by trying to game your system,? Which isn't even what happened here. IMHO, your way of thinking is shallow.

Next Time, if there is, I'll explain as much as possible and copy the seller's post on ebay to your team as description to avoid this, since you talk as if am the one shipping the item to your hub. Sellers at times decide to throw in or remove an accessory without informing us buyers before shipping. Not even the case here.

2. UPS: www.ups.com

If your package was among those that experienced delivery failures within the past 1 week, please redeliver via the aforementioned couriers and once your package is en route, send the screenshot of the failed delivery and your tracking details to our mailbox; my team will apply a discount of N750/unit of phone and $5 OFF/unit of laptop and Other Items will be billed 30% OFF in Service Charge.

You can send a screenshot of this along with the screenshot of failed delivery and your tracking details - and my team will know how to go about invoicing.

P.S: This isn't a long-term solution. We're still working on a stable solution that ensures your packages deliver when they should and Specuit freights them to your doorstep. We'll have a long-term solution within the next couple of days.
