We are currently recruiting a  Farm Procurement Officer for our client in the agricultural sector.

Job Description

1. Obtain price quotes from suppliers based on the various purchase requests within a company.
2.   Prepare purchase Orders on behalf of the company.
3.   Receive purchase Requirements from different Units.
4.   Contact suppliers to schedule deliveries or discuss shortages, missed deliveries.
5.  Creating and maintaining purchasing files and price lists.
6.  Determine if there is have enough inventory on hand.
7. Track deliveries and make sure the company receives exactly what was ordered from suppliers.
8.  Physically check shipments to ensure the appropriate items were delivered.


Person Specification
- Minimum of an OND in any discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the agricultural sector
- Excellent Communication Skills.

Location: Lagos Mainland
