This is a very good informative topic but poorly presented.

1. Sharia Court in the practicing States are not part of the Federal Judicial system. They are Customary Courts in the States where Sharia is recognized.

2. Their judgements can be appealed to the Sharia Court of Appeal. Sharia Court of Appeal has jurisdiction over States Sharia Courts.

3. Sharia Court of Appeal is a member in the Federal Judicial System. This means it can address issues for any legal matter anywhere assigned to its jurisdiction. It also means, technically, even Judges from non-Sharia practicing States are eligible to preside in the court. A Christian Judge can preside in the Sharia Court of Appeal.

4. All Federal Courts and all Courts under the Federal system are under jurisdiction of Supreme Court.

Therefore Sharia Court of Appeal case can be appealed to the Supreme Court.
