What I will say about Asian immigrants specifically Indians and Singhs in my own personal observations are..
1. They are coming here with money.
2. They get on one accord.
3. They are resourcing within their own communities.
For example, At my clinic, we do the physicals, drug testing, and paperwork for DoT physicals and licensing.The Singhs in particular are quickly and effectively building their own trucking and construction dynasties. They are hiring each other. And they are generally looking out for each other. Not to mention in my state 2 out of 3 gas stations are Arab owned. I cant still figure this one out.

Their is even a myth in the Bible about the Tower of Babel, God was so worried about the capacity of human achievements when working as a team, he decided to afflict them with different languages .

The American system like the Tower of Babel God encourages individualism, that’s why many Americans are laden with debts and some are homeless.

Nigerians in diaspora have a lot to learn from the Jews and Asians.

Your last line statement is unfortunately untrue. Most of those big businesses are one man corporation, other people people who are there as board of directors are there for employment sake not necessary for team work. The final decisions are always made by the sole owner.

People in the USA are homeless because of mental health matters and drug addictions, not because of individualism or debt. There are all kinds of Jews in the USA, Conservative, Orthodox, Reform, Hasidic, etc. E. Asians tend to blend into American culture quickly, marry Euro heritage Americans in a high %. S. Asian Indian tend to stick together much more.

no not all homeless are drug addicts, Infact a lot I’ve seen are perfectly ok.

one man corporation ke! Behind that one man or family are unseen faces, be it Google, Facebook or Walmart.

Sure you can become homeless because you run out of money. But individualism won't change in the USA. Most people step out on their own ASAP. Nothing wrong with have roomates to offset expenses also.

Not all but a lot. Big opioid problem. Also there used to be large scale mental health residential facilities in the USA. That largely ended by 1980.
Patients now get drugs to offset the problems, then when they stop taking the drugs they can't function.

Quasi political. People started saying that it is inhumane to keep crazy people in a facility. Also laws were changed that made it more difficult
to commit someone to a facility against their will. USA is loaded with these old hospital facilities that are vacant. They look like this,

Too bad majority of them are homeless due to debt. One ugly financial decision can make you lose everything you ever worked for.

I really concur with you. What am simply asking are for possibilities of getting seed funding for startup not funding for expansion. Could it mean that sourcing the seed funding is near impossible for an immigrant starting a business.

@Dremca, i have been observing you since this thread started,i cant help but laugh because i was in ur shoes few months ago, with more than 30 top notch tech ideas to my name,and even had the opportunity to attend a hackathon, i realised that nobody can really interpret ur idea compared to u untill you test ur idea in the market,i applied to several american vc via mail and phone call, nobody wants to invest in just an idea, go nd hustle for money， then start testing ur ideas，investors want to invest in an idea that has been tested in the market

good for you. I’m entitled to 1.5x only after one year of work, I’ve only worked 4 months. I can’t complain, I need the job and the cash.

This law is very bad, how can it be inhumane and against their will to keep people who are mentally unstable and need help in a facilty.

Oh, many schools (mainly public) resumed on the first Monday in August. Most of the southern states (in the U.S..regardless of parochial, charter or public) start anywhere from the 1st to 2nd week of August on average.
But most kids got out of school around the 3rd week of May..
They basically give kids about 2 months and 1 week of summer vacay now-a-days.
I took a 1 year leave of absence (from teaching) to work on a special project...but I miss my "kids"
Chicago public schools always start the day after Labor day. I've got a relative up there. Nut they didn't get out of school till around June 21st.
The schools where you're at though, may be on "year-round" school with the two week vacations in between I'm guessing.
Grills will be fired up all over for the holiday..ribs, burgers, wings, sausage, goat...etc. Folks are gonna be happy.

Some make more money working during holidays while some spend money already saved for family activities.Americans don't joke with holidays.

For me,am in flushing meadows NY for US open..
Follow by cousin wedding in Bronx ,then trip to UK to see family and then finally my beloved country.
