Use a desktop/laptop to login, at the top-right conner you will see MY APPLICATION drop-down menu, click and select the last option I guess, MY Slip or something like that. Alternatively, you can switch your mobile browser setting to desktop view.

THIS IS IMPORTANT.... IF YOUR APPLICATION HASN'T BEEN GOING, THEN I AM 90% sure your email is lengthy.. Like very long, all you need to do is open another mail, this time make it short.. As short as possible.. Thank me later..
