A German man, Rolf Buchholz, who is covered with tattoos, studs and has done 561 body modifications, has made it into the Guinness World Records.

Part of his body modifications include 481 piercings, two implants under his skin that stick out like horns, and five magnetic implants in the fingertips of his right hand.

Rolf Buchholz has about 278 piercings in his genitals alone. But the world record holder has confirmed that despite the metal work, he still has a normal sex life.

The German's body also has horn implants in his head.
