why can't you reason for a minute, why is it that anytime something goes wrong they will deny knowledge of it, and look for whom to blame, for your information no officer can carry out any high profile duty without the approval of the superior.

this is Nigeria and am sure its d practice world over. B4 u raid d house of a man d status of Edwin Clark, approval must come from d ogas @ d top, search warrant or not. And in Nigeria were policemen serve their stomachs much more than d service, Nigerian policemen respect rich men 2a fault. A group of inspectors didn't pull this off on their own. Its an operation gone wrong&these guys are d scape goats.

after reading the first and prolly second paragraph... I smell lies there. an asp cannot lead a team to search such a high caliber man's house. so why single out the inspectors?

in an organization, there are people who make decisions and there are those who carry out d decisions made by those who make them. When u c an inspector leading raids or patrol team, he is just following orders. An inspector isn't even a commissioned officer. He just follows orders. In that regard, he is ordinary

They will be reinstated when everything calms down. I have two friends that were sacked from the police force for offences more severe than this but were reinstated.
