I care not about IMO politics but your hate has blinded you op. You said it yourself that the governor is in China. It's children we should be explaining to that when an official is being represented, all protocol goes on as if the person was actually there. What is being recognised is the office.
When one goes to represent a special guest at an event, do they pursue you from the high table simply because you're representing the person??

I don't like Uche Nwosu but he has done nothing wrong here. Governors usually appoint people to represent them at functions they cannot attend and those representatives are allowed to sit in the seat reserved for the Governor
