This is someone who has employed thousands of people. NTA under him was well managed and we watched innovative programmes like A.M Express that made NTA worthwhile.

It was not written anywhere that he had no intentions of paying back. From time to time, banks have non performing loans (Nigerian Banks) as a result of probably adverse economic effects hence the options of loan restructuring. Sometimes, it is not the fault of either party, too many factors are working against businesses in this country . However, There is no wealthy business man today that is not servicing one loan or the other and a third of them have defaulted at a point. Leave bruce alone jare.

For your information, those places are still better than so many dirty and filthy places in the "megacity" called Lagos. Go to Ebute Metta east (Oko Baba), go to Makoko, go to Pako-Bariga, go to the inner parts of Orile and Iyana Ipaja and you'll realize that those people are living a better life than most Lagosians. I am a Yoruba guy born and bred in Lagos and I know what I'm saying.
