The medicals is usually done almost immediately after the second interview. The TS follows ASAP, highest 2weeks.

I don't know what is causing the delay in your case and the other guy up there.

You should have collected the numbers of people you were interviewed with. That way you know if it is only you or general delay.
You can call the HR for enquiries.

sure i collected all their numbers right from first interview.... I just got mail for 3rd Interview at Lagos.. So did every oda pesin too
