IHRC's submis sion to the ICC is a Lie and a Misrepresentation.
A Religious group cannot baricade itself and attack the movement of The Chief of Army Staff and his Entourage and prevent their passage on official duties and expect no Reaction.
The F.G should expartriate El-SarSacky and his family from Nigeria and ban Shiite movement forever from Nigeria.
I suspect that The Government has some skeletons in her Cupboard, that is the reason why she is treating El-SacSacky, the Shiites and their groups, with kids gloves.
ICC should throw out the Pettition and advise our F.G to do the needful.

Noone is fighting El-SakSaky on Religion.
El-SakSaky's Offence is thesame as Bokoharam and less than Biafra. By attacking COAS and his Entourage on Official Duties, El-SakSaky was declaring WAR on Nigeria.
