The personalities of both of them are different.
Peter likes to try new things and is very happy doing that and generally into all forms of entertainment. That's why the break up was good for him. He was being restricted and needed to stretch himself.
Paul is happy just doing only music. Nothing bad in that
They are both good in their endeavours.
They both married women good for their personalities.
Money is neither one's problem, so its all about what makes them happy at this point in time.

University does not help anyone's English. English is learnt in Primary and Secondary schools, when the mind is still young and fresh. Going to a University is not how people learn English

What you get at pre-university levels is the foundation

At the university, you are a trained policy maker. So, your English must stand out. You must perfect how to use technical terms to describe everything - something that you may not learn in secondary school.

NUC didn't make English language compulsory for no reason

Anything that cannot be learnt at that foundational stage, is almost impossible to make up for at the roofing level


BTW: There are MANY trained policy makers who have a poor conmand of English, but it takes nothing from their genius. English is not the only language in the world and it can never be the standard upon which one's talent or intelligence can be judged.
