The color is dark grey and it’s mixed by us

It is the light color I want to know. Is it white or off white? Did you mix that too.

The white is pure white

And what is the composition? Sand, granite, cement, stone dust etc?

Any reinforcement added also?

Is this advisable for a bungalow without doing the traditional chain lintel?

To reduce overall load been transferred from Pent floor, We shall be adopting Short Lintels on Doors only and Precast Parapet for Roof areas

Chain Lintel might be better for Bungalows so as to serve for as Roof Support Later

So one can incorporate a parapet then to serve as the beam and roof support while this using precast concrete for all the door and window openings?
