It may. I was awarded the scholarship last year. Scholastica (not Chevron) insisted on Union Bank for payment. When these new handlers took over and wanted us to update our info, they relaxed a bit and allowed banks other than the Stallions for payment.

I didn't notice the relaxed rule on allowed banks by ORM. Anyway, I was awarded 2 years back.

In Abuja many of us couldn't login to write the test, They had to create another login details entirely for us.
I wrote mine 11pm and they were still many people before I left.
The organisers tried though, I think most people in Abuja wrote

ABUJA KEH Where some of us wrote exams by 1:20AM on 2nd September...
There was no rescheduling if you are patient enough you would write tho very late due to SERVER ISSUES....
