Do we have people with similar experience? This is the first time I won't be using a phone for like 2- 3 years. The K7 spark started hanging at about 5- 6 months, then the screen started glitching.

The engineer tried fixing this, but the phone has finally crashed (Panel), not even coming up again.

Please I need recommendations for a durable android phone with good storage and cameras at affordable price, lets say 35-40k

This Is my little expirience about k7
After 6 month I've been using k7, the phone start swelling at the back. After few days, the phone becoming bigger and malfunction.

Tecno Spark K7 was a mistake by Tecno Mobile. Almost everyone who bought it had issue with it, mainly packing up within three months.

I don't know why your K7 had issues tho cos my cousin has been using it ever since... And there's been no problem.. You can switch to the tecno Pouvoir 2.. Long lasting battery, large storage space, good camera and many more.. It's about 43k

probably your cuz has d 2G ram and not 1G

Xiaomi phone is the future... There is no need of physical presence or calcare when you buy products recognized internationally because there quality control is topnotch.

Is it even the same calcare that can even revive your phone?

That is weird. My dad and younger sis has been using it since it came out and no complain whatsoever. You could have taken it to Carlcare initially you noticed faults.
