If this is true, then it is a clear vote of no confidence on Buhari. A basic requirement of leadership is taking responsibility. If you can’t take responsibility, then you should not bear the name. Buhari must address the country in a debate to articulate his vision for the country. That’s a contract as well as accountability. Osibanjo can not act on his behalf in this. Both he and osibanjo share different views on governance and he has always revert his policies and decision at every possible time.

I call on all political parties to boycott the presidential debate if Buhari cannot be present.
