Some days ago, I faced a near austere, astringent and obdurate health challenge. Choi! Onyibo (English). So when I visited the hospital, the doctor said that it was caused by OVERSTRESS.

Me: WHAT? Overstre... what?

Now, I don vex and I have locked up my laptop (nonsense thing) with a confirm chain and padlock for the next 15 days. Let it come and stress me again, let me see. Lucky for it, I dropped a letter of the breakup.

I have also been drinking 1 litre of Yoghurt daily and sleeping 23 hours a day since then, at least for the next 15 days.

In fact, I'm now using that my stupid laptop that caused the overstress as a table for my dear Yoghurt and groundnuts for this next 15 days. That's its punishment. What nonsense!

Please, my people, let's always check on ourselves and find ways to unwind regularly. Excessive stress is very bad. Our body and mind are prone to nervous and mental breakdowns if overstressed.

Overstress is bad. We should always take care of ourselves when necessary. Stress can also cause anxiety and a lot of other diseases/sicknesses. Thank you for sharing.

Lol not for Nigerias bro, What happened if you are a marketer in an FMCG company without a car, jumping from Oshodi to Orile and back to Ajah then go back home to Ikotun all to meet up sales target and have food on your table even when you don't even have time to eat because you wake up 4am and got home around 11pm, most times sleep with your Office wears with belt intact.
This life shall, those that have a head doesn't know how to use it, when you think your condition is a risk, ask around or move around and see the life others are living just to survive. Our politicians shall die restless and even their generation will be destroy and consume with the wealth of the masses they siphoned
