Hon Timothy Owoeye is the Majority Leader of the Current State House of Assembly representing Ilesa East State Constituency in the Assembly.

Hon Owoeye was born on 24th August 1972. He attended St Peter’s School Ilesa (1978-1985) for his primary education. He attended C.A.C Commercial High School (1985-1991) where he completed his Senior School Certificate Examination. He proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, (1995-1997) where he got his diploma in Local Government Studies and University of Ado-Ekiti (2001-2004). Hon Owoeye graduated with a degree in Political Science in 2005 from the University. He represented his people between 1999-2002 as a Councilor, Ward 10 of Ilesa East Local Government. He has been a member of the State House of Assembly since 2007 when he was the Minority Leader in the Fourth Assembly.

Another controversial video of 2mintues 54 second of Osun state house of assembly (Hon Timothy Owoeye) representing Ilesa East state constituency released.

In the video he was repeatedly beating with cutlass and was ask where he came from. Also, he was instructed to knee down. He claimed the blood they saw him with is a cow blood and not of human being.

Scene one was posted online few days ago.
