Who is the PDP's "inner caucus"? The fundamental difference between the PDP and the APC is that the PDP is a real political party, not a cult of personalities like the APC. In the absence of a sitting president in the party, there is nothing like" inner caucus". Much has been said about Wike's so-called control of the party, but this is only a quarter truth and academic postulation. That you influenced the choice of the party chairman doesn't mean you control the party. What about the NEC? And the BOT? And the delegates at state level (36 states).
