Nigeria's Minister of Health, Isaac Adeowole, who responded to questions from journalists at an event recently, stated that not all medical graduates must practice.

Health Minister, Isaac Adewole, who was asked what he was doing to resolve the problem doctors have getting into residency programmes, replied by saying not all medical graduates will turn out to become specialists as some might even become farmers.

If they've had farming in mind, shouldn't they have opted for that farming the moment they became secondary school graduates before wasting their precious time, money and resources on a medical course in this Godforsaken country?
