When a Bank A takes over another Bank B, the management Bank A tends to sack the staff they met on ground and employ new workers in order to infuse new life into the company.

Is not always possible. Remember the days Access Took over Inter. Many lost their Jobs. Though Nigeria was still good then to find work.

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has withdrawn the operating

The customers of the defunct bank was however retained for its good performance.

The defunct Skye Bank customers has been on Skye bank lifeline since July 2016 and the apex bank says it can no longer continue to intervene to keep the balance liquid.?

That can't happen. Skye bank is a merger of EIB International Bank Plc., Bond Bank Limited, Reliance Bank Limited, Co-operative Bank Plc and Main street Bank (formerly Afribank). When this merger occurred, did their customers lose their monies?
