Oyo, Ogun and Ondo far behind any SE state in terms of development, Lagos constitutionally is not a part of Western Nigeria. It is a colony former capital of Nigeria just like Abuja.

Where you will get high ROI is where the opportunities are, and they follow the opportunity not minding the risk. Have you wondered why Igbos have so many self made millionaires n billionaires? Have you wondered why igbos own over 60% of the hotels in Abuja? Cos they have high appetite to be successful and the South East is too small...
