Based on the BBC collation (obtained live from the INEC announcements), PDP won by 354 votes but after the announcements by the collating officers,the PDP agent raised an issue with the Olorunda votes and noted that the addition didn't add up to the 16k votes declared for APC(after triple-checking, it should have been 14K). The INEC guys are going over that now.
