ANN Presidential Aspirant, Olawepo Hashim will deliver $4trillion economy for Nigeria

Global Business Mogul and frontline presidential aspirant under the platform of Alliance for New Nigeria (ANN), Mr Olawepo Hashim has outlined his plan to create a $4trillion economy for Nigeria.

According to him, for Nigeria to get out of poverty, we need a $4trillion economy.

Currently, Nigeria’s GDP is a little above $400billion and when you have a small size GDP has we have to 180million Nigerians, there will be poverty, even if we have a saint in government and no cent is stolen, the size of the economy is too small to go round.

"In the years when we were excited about high oil price, Nigeria probably made less than $50billion from all those crude sells. In that same year in 2013, Disney World, a company that is marketing entertainment, cartoon, characters generated as much as $47billion". He said.

So, this brings us to the question, which presidential aspirant has the capacity to help Nigeria build a $4trillion economy and get us out of poverty?

The ANN Presidential Aspirant has outlined his plan to do so through a national economic development programme (nedp) in this video.

The really sad thing about this is the fact that some gullible people will fall for it. There are only 3 countries in the world with a GPD of over 4 trillion dollars and they are U.S, China and Japan. So Nigeria with a GDP of 4 trillion dollars will make it the 4th largest economy in the world. Is this something he's planning to do within 4 years? Grow the economy by over 1000%? This man is so myopic in his comparison of Disney to Nigeria that it's not even funny. Disney is a multinational company with multiple streams of income, they own Disney world and theme parks in the U.S, Paris, China, Hong Kong, and Japan. They make blockbuster movies like Star wars, Black Panther, Toy Story, Pirates of the Carribean etc. They own multiple TV stations like ESPN, ABC, etc. They also make video games. This guy is a joke and i can only hope that people don't fall for this.

Well, people fell for Buhari's promises to increase the price of crude oil unilaterally, create 3 million jobs, improved electricity supply etc. So the ANN dude is trying his luck.

You're very intelligent. What baffles me is that if he has such ideas and a solution to a better economy, why wait till be becomes the president before helping the Nation into a prosperous one? Why not request a meeting with any sitting president and see the possibility of actualizing his solutions to a better economy and nation?

The last time they promised this, they ended up borrowing money from one country like that
