What shall we say to this?
Lokoja Senatorial by-election in Kogi,
APC - 26,860, PDP - 14,845, Margin - 12,015, Cancelled Votes - 19,960 from 17 Pulling Units Result - Conclusive.
OSUN election:
PDP - 254,698 APC - 254,345 Margin - 353 Cancelled Votes - 3,498 from 7 Pulling Units. Result - Inconclusive
What a double standard by INEC!
It appears some people are already out of ideas to rig.
Not good for our democracy at all...

The problem here is the number of vote difference, the margin is too close also , that 353 difference is not up to the total number of cancelled votes according to INEC's regulation, it's not robbery

But feel free to condemn INEC, Insult Buhari and Insult me too , it won't change the laws

All these copy and paste people who don't think before they post.

Read the electoral law and this scenario you gave and you will discover its totally different from what happened in Osun and the reason given for declaring it inconclusive .

2015 in kogi, Abubakar Audu (APC) scored 240,867 while PDP scored 199,514 votes.
There was a Margin of 41,353 votes in APC's favour.

However inec ruled the Result as Inconclusive.

https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/193724-inec-declares-kogi-governorship-election-inconclusive.html

Rerun fixed because of 49,953 cancelled votes > 41,353 votes advantage.

You really need to stop displaying your stupidity for all to see.

Why didn't inec award this election to APC since they won with such a high margin?

The electoral law is clear and if you read it properly you would see it does not apply to the example you gave in the OP.

Brainless wailers everywhere

Good point. The PDP have a strong case in court. Hopefully it won't get to court. You should give all you have to win the re-run election.
