First off, it's not Buhari's money, secondly if this is true, then it is a crime. Ngige or any minister should be ashamed of announcing such atrocity.
But the Nigerian people are stupid, the igbos will be happy it's their share of the national cake despite zero naira in their account.
Other tribes will be angry that it is too much expenses on him.
Nigerians will suffer forever if they don't treat their self inflicted ignorance.

Well, we know it is a lie. Ngige is only want his fellow Igbo to be pleasing with Buhari's govt.
But if it is true that roads are being renovated because of burial ceremony of Ekwueme, then our leaders are silly. Assuming Ekwueme is not dead, the road will be there as death traps, killing innocent citizens.
