If I want to start a scholarship scheme will I have to register my foundation or I will just have to go to the school I want to give scholarships |

dlaw281:anyone u choose to do is okay I will go for a scholarship foundation that is associated with a particular school/ schools... its always better that way plus you can start with me in dire need of a master scholarship |
