Osun Polls: Protests Rock Osogbo,Iwo & Ilesa

Protests against INEC's decision on Osun governorship polls is presently ongoing across Osun state.

Protesters across the 3 senatorial districts are demanding that Ademola Adeleke be announced as the winner of the governorship polls.

At Iwo,market women and youths carried placards condemning INEC's decision .The protesters numbering about 250 were at INEC office along Ibadan road,chanting "Ademola Adeleke la fe; E gbe fun Adeleke"

At Ilesa,protest also took place with women and youth calling for restoration of Adeleke's mandate.

Samuel,a student leader who led the protest condemned INEC for becoming another wing of APC.

"INEC is biased.It acted illegally.Adeleke is the winner and we demand he should be declared the winner",Samuel said.

The Osogbo protest is still ongoing as at the time of filling this report.
