The logic is simple the votes were cancelled unto no fault of the electorates hence they are null and void.

If u write Waec and the result of a subject say math is cancelled in the whole centre of a school due to exam malpractice,will WAEC re do the math exam for the school outside the WAEC calendar?

PDP's unnecessary hysteria is incomparable, going to court over what? and some Nigerians are supporting them. When in 2015 governorship election between Abubakar Audu (APC) and Idris Wada (PDP) was declared inconclusive, PDP rejoiced , same thing that happened in Imo state in 2015. Now, it has happened in Osun state, this time not in their favour and as such, running from pillar to post shouting foul play. APC will win Osun state and there will be nothing PDP will do about it

Have you asked yourself why elections in Anambra, Edo, Ekiti, Osun is held at different time from general elections? It is because certain governors went to Court and got victory! So lacuna at this point does not matter! What matters is victory in Court at last!!
