I passed through that same system years ago. Currently on my residency in LUTH. I guess you're still in your preclinicals, that's why its still "shacking" you. When you get to your clinicals, you would have been wise a bit. You should be preparing for upper/lower limbs, head &neck , neuro and the likes. Not wasting your time gambling here unless of course you wanna repeat a class or be withdrawn.
