It depends on people's behavior while in prison. Some get in there to get in more trouble and can be there for up to 10yrs on this sentence. Most likely he' ll be out in less than 3 years.

As if old age should reduce liability. He was accused and convicted of sexual assault and drugging women by multiple women. Fortunately, for them, the old fool also confessed.

3-10 years, This means that around any of those years he can be granted a parole(Freedom) depending on his behavior.
