Sold a fake m9 to me.
GPS wasn't working.
Nothing good about the phone. I contacted him for a replacement/refund and he refused. Terrible business man. I will never transact with him again. I had to refund my customer with my own money. Too bad I got to know you.

I intended buying one of your phones but seriously changed my mind. A customer just gave a bad review of his transaction with you and you did not even bother to address it.

Good day, the man bought Htc one m9 from me on the 28th of August for 33k. Which I told him that warranty last for 2weeks. After I had transacted with him, he called 3 weeks after telling me that is client he sold the phone to, is complaining abt the GPS not working. And he asked me if I had someone that doesn't care abt GPS we could sell the phone to, I said at d moment "I don't have any client that needs M9" (because it is Samsung phones I do get higher patronage compared to HTC,and iphones).

Then he told me that his client's friend is interested in the phone and his client might likely sell it to him. I didn't hear from him till the following week (making one month) when he called to tell me is client wants a refund I should remove 5k and send 30k back to him. I told him that was not possible.
IF he had informed me abt the GPS issue earlier, (within the 2weeks).
giving to him,I wuld have asked him to send it back so that I replace it for him asap.

Before i sent him the phone, i took my time to check out the phone if all its necessary components wer in good condition. even the guy he sent to cm & get the phone from me,took i time to check the phone, before contacting him to tell him the phone was clean and OK, b4 he transfered the cash.
This is strictly business let's not mix this with emotions, I bought the phone too,
and warranty of 2weeks is wat they usually give for any customer who has any complaint to make,and I already explained all this to him.

If he has anything contrary to all i have stated here, he should upload our watsap conversation wev had, frm the day he started complaining abt the gps nt working.

Bro, this is strictly business, I told u that warranty of that phone is 2weeks, and u shouldn't peel of the seal within this period until u r satisfied with the phone. But u called 3weeks after, telling me abt GPS not working. Don't u think that there is a breech of agreement here??
Bro, 33k is not something I would want to loose my reputation for. We r all humanbeing with natural xrastics of mobility, so it is very possible we meet somewhere,someday. Sincerely speaking if u had informed me within within the warranty period, I would have change it for u,properly scrutinize another and send to u d next day.

Sorry for the disappointment bro, it wasnt my fault, sincerely speaking d M9 is not fake. Maybe d former user who used the phone had installed some funny software on it that affected the GPS. I never knew abt that before sending it to u. But I still maintain that if u had complained earlier,I would have informed d company,hence a replacement would hv been made for it immediately.
even if u don't do business with me again, I might likely do business with u someday,as long as u r on nairaland (time would determine that)
