if u win it is free and fair but if u lose it is rigging......when will Nigerians grow up to always stop unnecessarily criticising of others.... APC won in those local governments in the first election and what stopped them from winning again especially as Omisore and Adeoti later joined forces with them so don't just talk look at the circumstances

How come the town where a candidate had his heaviest vote reported being devoid of happiness?

How is an Ekiti man or Osun person voting for a governor in his own state to be taken as a hate messge/signal to people of another tribe/state
When you vote for a party of your choice in your own state, is it intended to show hatred for another tribe or people of another state?

either certificate or not, he has performed wonderfully well in his senatorial assignment, he even proved his worth in the world that he's the best man to beat. he came first in the first ballot which 100% of Nigerians knows vividly that he won the poll. even the international observers attest to that. he's heading to tribunal court already, Apc only robbed him of his mandate by using federal might not knowing that federal might is just for some time, the will of the people will prevail in the court of justice. just keep your fingers crossed.

So you and PDP people will now stop talking about Buhari's certificate
Afterall we did not press the point of nobody ever having seen President Jonathan's PhD thesis
And we did not dwell on the fact that the well-educated Patience Jonathan was not so articulate

And please convey the message to Gov Seriake Dickson that PDP's attitude towards Buhari is hypocrtical

Johnnyessence:
either certificate or not, he has performed wonderfully well in his senatorial assignment,
I challenge you to back this up with facts

Johnnyessence:
he even proved his worth in the world that he's the best man to beat. he came first in the first ballot which 100% of Nigerians knows vividly that he won the poll. even the international observers attest to that. he's heading to tribunal court already,
I hope you know that he got the mandate and "chased away" the likes of Omisore and demoralised Ogunbiyi because Deji Adeleke is very rich

Johnnyessence:
Apc only robbed him of his mandate by using federal might not knowing that federal might is just for some time, the will of the people will prevail in the court of justice. just keep your fingers crossed.
This issue of federal might is very rich
When PDP was in power,
they arrested Lai Mohammed the night before the 2014 Gov election because according to Marlyn Orgar of DSS he was not from the state
They did not allow Tinubu, Edo Gov (Oshiomole), Rivers Gov etc to get to Ekiti in 2014 for the election while PDP officials were roaming the streets
In 2007 Martin Agbaso of APGA won the Gov election which was held concurrently with the state house of Assembly election
They upheld the concurrently-held State HASS election and cancelled the Gov election because the Gov election was "marred by violence"
We can mention more

So when did PDP start disdaining federal might esp as the CEO of PDP has threatened that the party's convention must be held in Rivers, otherwise the party will be taught a lesson
And we know that this is designed to enable him do what PDP knows best. And PDP supporters have been supporting him

longerthroat:
The PDP leadership surrendered Osun.

When it came to crunch time, the PDP let Adeleke down. He must have felt like an orphan

Almost everyone knew Omisore would be vital. You can ask the US embassy. The PDP sent no one. Saraki went with Okupe who is just coming out of retirement. Saraki's entourage had looked rich until the APC visited Omisore.

The APC showed desperation. And put its birthright on the line. The party chairman was there. 6 governors went with him. They must have seen the chickens offered at that shrine by the PDP. And they must have offered cows.

Even if Omisore were a pastor.

The PDP chairman was in Wike's boyquarters in Port Harcourt. Wike himself was not interested. He is peering down his political microscope looking for the most painful ways to deal with the party if they mess with him.

Okowa didnt show up. Fayose was working out his exit route. Even that refugee , the governor of Kwara, didn't show up.

They left it to Davido and his uncle.

The APC meticulously took back Lasun whose intimidating influence in Orolu LGA was proved last week. While the APC patched up its net, the PDP ran helter skelter, from pillar to post and then to court.

It was injury time.

Even Fani Kayode who is from Ife was nowhere to be seen. He must have been in Abuja. From there he was calling Omisore. And must have warned him not to join hands with the Fulani jihadists! He saw no need to lend a helping hand in knocking at doors for Adeleke. But he will take to twitter today and let out emotions.

Where was Ben Bruce? Where was his love for the party?
He was tweeting it from Abuja while Ganduje was sleeping in Ile Ife.

We can forgive Dino Melaye. He is not sure of his own ticket yet. But where were Gbenga Daniel and Atiku?

Atiku was needed in Orolu!

These social media noises cant help anyone.

The leaders of the PDP failed Adeleke. And they failed him big time.

But you know what ? They will blame it on Buhari.
What is this one saying? Is it Omisore that will vote or the people? I am just tired of people like you in this country. How you guys justify crime against humanity still baffles me and same you will wish for a better country... Even you generation unborn will never see a better country to call theirs. Ase...

Check your dictionary for the meaning of landslide victory. It was a narrow margin of less than 1000 votes in a total of almost 700000 votes. Also the total votes of SDP and PDP is higher than that of APC in Oshogbo. So where is the landslide. You PDP apologists are just trying to play the victim card as usual. 4 major parties were in the race. You came second, just accept defeat and move on. Stop disturbing people with your personal problems.
