Nigerians have taken to social media to react following the allegations made by governor Akin Ambode against another aspirant in the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, whom he claimed he's not fit to govern Lagos state.

Mr Ambode, who has been in the eye of the storm, stated this while addressing a press conference at Government House, Alausa, Ikeja.

He said the aspirant was arrested for spending fake dollars in the United States and had undergone rehabilitation at Gbagada General Hospital in Lagos.

The governor also appealed to the leadership of the APC in Lagos to act in the interest of the development of Lagos

Ambode is an ingrate. He benefited from the system that brought him in. He can't survive this am sure. Where is kofo Akerele former Tinubu deputy ? Where Femi Pedro another Tinubu deputy and few other that went head to head with Tinubu ? There are some battle you just can't. There are more than 10 candidates better than Ambode when he was picked, so he gained from this system and shouldn't complain.

This is the most stupid statement from an incumbent who has lost relevance in his party....since when has ambode started knowing who's credible to run Lagos state? Na wa oh...this roforofo fight is already lost by this clown. He should just go and relax ...enjoy the money stolen and move on! Fighting this Lagos strong cabal will turn sour and I forsee ambode regretting... but am sitting back and watching!
