Just to clarify, u do not "chip" to play pirated cd, u just flash a custom firmware on the board of the dvd drive overwriting the default one. low risk and is majorly software based (Liteon drives require hardware to read the dvd key of the board). Used to do that but got fed up with customers complaining about drive selecting cds(region lock)hence decided to delve into jtag and rgh. ***face palm*** hope m not blabbing too much
