Ambode should have left for another party - PDP or any other viable one.

Nothing will change as far as these riff-raffs continue to determine and select the "right" leaders for us. The intelligent ones are all in their A.C fitted SUVs, minding their corporate businesses, forgetting that no organisation or business is greater than politics.

All civil servants, bankers, experts of industries, lecturers, etc. should be advised, encouraged and possibly enforced to join a political party. Party membership and voting should be made a key aspect of every organisation in third world countries. Scrap all religious-informed public holidays like Christmas and Sallah, and replace holidays with key electoral events.

He miscalculated seriously. He should have boycotted the primaries. Because Lagos APC/Tinubu already decided that Ambode is not malleable enough. No way he was going to fight Tinubu successfully. He should have began mending fences a year ago. Even if he didn't do much wrong actually.
Lagos ACN/APC has been in Tinubu pocket since 1999. Fighting Tinubu within APC is impossible. He should have just give just pretended to accept not re-running. He could have moved on to be a senator or even a governor in the future.
Ambode himself benefited from same godfather politics, albeit very bad for democracy, so he can hardly break the trend.
