u don't understand what that gentle man said. every staff of a bank has maximum privilege to loan money than an outsider. intact they can load money to buy a house, and they will be deducting it from their salary, so tell me, how can such bank sack such a worker when they know he has no other means to pay back than from the salary.

If a banker must be given a huge loan, the loan will be granted provided it is for the purchase of a fixed asset. Documentations will be made and the title to such an asset will definitely be favourable to the bank.
