Please house. Your advice is seriously needed to help retrieve money from a car dealer who defrauded my brother. My brother paid in money into this guys account for him to deliver the car within two months as agreed by both party. The car dealer later returned some part of the money after 3months after much calls from his boss and my brother. since then he has refused to pay the balance(its been 5 months now),he doesnt pick his calls,he's nowhere to found.Whats your advice |

there many ways to trap a fish.since the guy is a car dealer,someone can pose as a buyer to lure him out |

Neatb:first is to report to the police with evidnce of transactions made between you and the guy. |
