Do you know how waterlogged this site is, some substructure work can take up to 3 years for large buildings like this.
Ok

Well, I see you are not into the construction fields Sir, because you could've seen that this is the type of foundation footing for skyscrapers.

Going green in Enugu, I think more greenery comes with the age of a city? I may be wrong though.

Lol. You mean pile foundation. It's because of the nature of the soil and not building size. But raft would have been more suitable. I am actually speaking of the 3D rendering, it looks bungalow

You are absolutely correct sir. The older a city, the more matured the trees and greener it is expected to be.Just like an elder wife is expected to have more rags than the new wife. However, this is also totally determined by conscious tree planting efforts made by the government. You can still have a nearly 30 year old city like Abuja (1991) looking bare and and arid because aggressive greening was never taken serious. On the flip side, you have a a city like Owerri looking far more greener and habitable because barely 10 years ago,Ohakim made clean and green the policy thrust of his beautification agenda. Most of the trees and green areas we enjoy in Enugu today were put in place by M.I. Okpara. His divine regime approached development comprehensively. Till date he stands out.

RCC returns to fill the impassable portion of the Onitsha express at Awka yesterday.

Now you see why people doubt your authenticity? Do you really know the distance between Onitsha and Awka? There are three local governments between Onitsha and Awka ie Idemmili,Oyi and Njikoka. Onitsha will rather swallow and merge with Asaba and much of Idemmili north and south. Awka is a far distant possibility. Such statement from you clearly betrayed your claims and bursted you more.

Lol. Onitsha has already swallowed asaba. It has also merged with Nnewi at Oba. In awka axis it is closing in on Nteje. It will meet awka at awkuzu very soon

That is why I have been advocating for the northern shoreline of the niger towards Nzam. Free land to plan from scratch instead of random expansion

More on this.

I love the business strategy of Roban, they know exactly where Shoprite, their biggest competitors are, so the best thing to do is to box them in and suck their customers away.

1. Place a store at Agbani road to stop those from Achara layout, Garriki and Uwani from making the long trip to GRA to shop at Shoprite.

2. Place a store at Independence layout to stop the rich and lazy, maybe security shy from coming to Shoprite.

3. Place another store at Trans Ekulu to arrest shoppers from Abakpa, Trans Ekulu and the wider Nike towns and new areas from going to Shoprite.

Nothing beats the experience of local knowledge.

EFCC didn't seal the stores as I might shop there even tomorrow, they only wrote on the walls and since one Oga joined APC, the case may have died cheesy
