You only chose to live in hate and contempt. A secretary of Ohaneze is from Ikwerre, your divide and rule tactics will never work.

I joined an Ikwerre group on Facebook. The way they took turns in insulting Igbo, you will be forced to slap one of them. Some even said they prefer to marry Hausa than marrying Igbo from southeast.

Stop living in fools paradise, those guys do not love us one bit.

All we need is an international interior design company to set up the interior of our airport.

Make inside look out of this world.

Wat does the Ikwere even have to offer?

Is Ikwere not landlocked?

Oremi22 There is high rate of farming in the east now, cassava and yam, potatoes and maize etc are being grown in the east, I know many families that came back from town just to farm and they are now harvesting their farm products now.

What we don't have in the east are cash crops like cocoa, cashew, kola nut and I think the State and Local Govt have a role to play here, we already have palm trees which in turn produce palm carnels, udara, ube
are everywhere in the village.

What has happened since the end of the civil war is that the Igbos were brainwashed to simply accept food from other tribes in Nigeria and refuse to develop their own agriculture.

The tragedy of that situation is that hunger and unemployment quadrupled in the SE and led to massive emigration of Igbos. We must change the narrative that Igbo cannot even feed itself. We failed to realize that no country could ever really develop if it could not feed its own people.

If we can convert some empty hills and bushes into some productive piece of land such as cashew plantations. Palm plantations and other cash crops, it will create enough economic base for most of our states to develop sustainable IGR and employ youths gainfully. We are not even talking about producing for export yet. Each time you see any unproductive land in any village and people are complaining about hunger, unemployment and poverty, it is because we would rather have bush growing around us, than convert the empty spaces to productive lands.

Ph is Ikwerre-Ijaw(Okrika) land. Obigbo is Igboland.

You need to go and sleep. Ikwerre people don't consider themselves Igbos. When Wike went and named the Ph stadium after Gowon, you don't need any prophet to tell you what more they have in the kitchen for you, it's akin to a supposedly Jewish people naming an infrastructure after Hitler.

Wike celebrated Rivers state golden anniversary, invited the Ooni and Sultan, but neither Obi of Onitsha or Eze Nri or Eze aro, were invited.

See the remark Wike made during the celebration :

“Many of us, who are now enjoying the fruits of liberty may not truly appreciate what it meant to be dominated, dispossessed, deprived, exploited and oppressed in your own land by the dominant social and political tendencies of the time.
“Before Rivers State was created, our people could not find schools in their neighbourhood, hospitals to treat the sick, universities to educate their children, decent jobs to earn income and good roads to their communities.”
http://sunnewsonline.com/rivers-at-50-a-celebration-of-liberation-wike/

In 2018, Wike and his Ikwerre people still see us as oppressors, even when no evidence of such oppression in Eastern region existed. Micheal Okpara was the one who built Trans Amadi industrial complex, he moved shell quarters from Owerri to Ph, no part of the East was neglected by Okpara. But today, we are being casted in the mould of oppressors. They name their structures after those who sought to exterminate us, in bid to spite us, they invite them to their events and not done, they had to make snide remarks about Ndiigbo.

https://www.naija.ng/1102724-ooni-ife-sultan-sokoto-storm-rivers-state-wike-celebrates-monarchs.html

These people had made no secret their feelings towards us, some one who sees you as an oppressor, while seeing your oppressors as friends, can never be a brother. Yet some naive Igbos like flies destined to perish that followed corpse to grave, wouldn't learn.

PH is not Igboland, it's bitter, but the truth is bitter, yet sets you free.

Ph airport, cannot serve for Ndiigbo and dont rep us, we would resist any attempt or argument that claims that PH airport can serve SE, Enugu airport will serve us. While Owerri airport would complement it.

That's how it should be.

don't mind this people. The must hostile people I ave ever seen. This people cannot survive without mentioning Ndiigbo every day.. Fool...when the battle for ph will start I will see who will aid them.... Ijaw go roast them

I dont see where I am going to warrant passing through Rivers or Port Harcourt.

All i want is for my Igbo people to start promoting their culture using cultural figures.

Bianca Ojukwu is alife today, let us enjoy her and uplift her as a rally focus for all Ndiigbo to be proud.

When she is no more we move to Ojukwu first son, as the order of things.

Wen we shamefully drop such people we are doing the biding of our adversaries who will laugh and say even the Igbos reject Ojukwu.

We need to grow a sense of culture.

Igbos are not so divided in real life.

Pay no attention to impostors here who are trying to create the impression of division in Igboland, by hiding behind Anambra tags.

Every where you see Igbos, they quickly close ranks and form an Igbo association.

I served in rural community in Yoruba, yet the few Igbos there from all parts of Igboland had an association, and immediately One of them saw me, he started speaking Igbo to me, without asking me if I were Igbo. I was amused and asked him how he knew, he told me that it's all over me.
There is this Igbo in every Igbo man, that is unmistaken.

No group unites and form "Porapo" groups faster in foreign lands than Igbos. Our unity even scares other Nigerians many times. Many accuse us of being tribalists, because we look out for each other.

This is the only sensible post you have made in your entire life grin

The same place where igbo properties were taken in broad day light. Till today, none of those thieves have suffered any consequences. This means if the opportunity comes again, they will repeat that or do worse.

they are waiting for an opportunity to do it. They ave practically sold everything. Tufia

In the whole world, there is one sun.

We can all see that sun and enjoy it.

Certain people represent the sun.(symbolism)

They are visible to people even in far away Malaysia, US, Russia.

They are the ones driving and promoting culture.

Culture is very important and we should learn to do things for our culture.
