Atiku Abubakar, former Vice President of Nigeria, is on his way to clinching the PDP presidential ticket for 2019.

85% percent of votes counted in PORTHARCOURT, the Rivers State capital, shows he is clearly on the lead, the Arise News is reporting this morning.

I will not be surprised if he wins based on his credentials as:

1. A successful businessman

2. Very strong financial base

3. His stance for the Southern Nigeria in terms of restructuring.
