Was just watching the lovely Adeola on youtube recently and she brought up the comparison between the train stations within African countries, Nigeria inclusive, which were all executed WITH LOANS FROM CHINA.

So in simple terms, China gave a bunch of African countries loans to build train tracks and train stations, yet for some strange reason, the ones in Ethiopia and Kenya look very modern, while that in Nigeria just looks like "a building" and with almost no technology present.

YET, THE NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT CLAIMED TO HAVE SPENT MORE MONEY ON THE PROJECT THAN KENYA DID? IMAGINE!!!!!

Lets start by looking at the differences between both ticketing counters

Next lets look at the ticketing gate entrance

Notice from the Nigerian pic, how in Nigeria, they are still using Humans to check tickets, while Kenya has adopted the modern approach of using machines as is common in the west.

Worst thing is that we are going to have to pay China back, else, they may start seizing parts of Nigeria.

So why can't we build the infrastructure up to world standard, so we can easily recoup, reinvest and payback, sigh :-(
