Pls I change the password, I used on my system, today I
tried typing the new password, it displays incorrect
password, I eve type the old one same thing
Pls guys i need your help? |

Thats logically impossible unless you forgot the new password that was used. Try the new password again. Make sure that: 1. No capslock 2. Keyboard keys are working. 3. Write down the both pasword u used and scrutinize them you might have missed a letter due to paranoia. If the above didnt work. Then gently remove your hdd and back it up in another system. And install a fresh copy of os. |

Preview the password with that eyes button. Your keyboard may have changed between US/UK keyboard thereby typing the wrong thing. Do you have @ or " characters in your password? 1 Like |
